Cancellation Policy
To cancel any reservation, please call 802-622-1562 or email info@stowemtb.com.
We reserve the right to cancel any camp or progression due to low enrollment; in such a case, all fees paid will be refunded or the camper can choose to apply fees to a different camp/class in the same year.
We do not allow cancellations for weather. Our programs operate in various weather conditions, see our weather policy.
Guided Trip/Ride Cancellation:
A guided trip or ride may need to be cancelled for a variety of reasons. While we try to be as flexible as possible, there are times when we will charge for either a cancellation fee or the full amount of the trip, depending on how much time in advance of the trip the cancellation was made.
Guide Trip and Ride Cancellation Fees:
A $25 administrative fee is charged for all cancellations
15 or more days in advance of the trip will receive a refund of the deposit and/or payment less the $25 cancellation fee and any nonrefundable purchases made on the clients behalf including but not limited to park passes, lift tickets, or lodging accommodations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of when the booking was made will receive a full refund of the deposit unless the booking was made within 48 hours of the guided trip or ride then cancellation is subject to our general activities cancellation policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip, or on the day of the trip, will be charged the full trip price.
Youth Camp Cancellation Policy
Camps are defined as day trips, week-long camps (Monday thru Friday, 9am to 4pm), and overnight camps.
Full refund less $25 administration fee will be issued to all participants who cancel outside of 2 week prior to the start of the session.
A 50% refund or 100% credit towards future programs will be issued for participants who cancel within 2 weeks but outside of 48 hours to the start of their session.
Full forfeiture of payment and credit for participants who cancel within **48 hours.
Should SMBA cancel any program and are unable to reschedule, participants will receive a 100% refund.
For last minute bookings, customers may be prompted to pay after their lesson by invoice or web link. Customers will be responsible for the entire balance and must pay the invoice within 3 business days of receipt.
**48 hours is defined as giving notification by 9am two days before the scheduled lesson.
Youth Progression Ride Programs Cancellation
Full refund will be issued to all participants who cancel outside of 2 week prior to the start of the session.
A 100% credit towards future programs will be issued for participants who cancel within 1 week but outside of 48 hours to the start of their session.
Full forfeiture of payment and credit for participants who cancel within **48 hours.
**48 hours is defined as giving notification by 9am two days before the scheduled lesson.
